About the Museum and Collection…

The ETHS Museum is housed inside the original Erwin East End Schoolhouse. In 2021, the Society moved the schoolhouse building to the Erwin Heritage Park and over the years has restored the schoolhouse back to its 1930s beauty, thanks to the donors of our Legacy Giving program. Watch the video of the schoolhouse being moved here.

The collection features over 2,000 items, organized by relevant themes. Enjoy the Hiipakka-Rahko room, which holds the main display area in the center of the museum. The museum displays are engaging for all ages! Look for your ancestors in our many framed school class photos.

Do you have an item in your attic that would be a great addition in the Erwin Museum collection?
